The DataTill Customer App allows you to manage your internet account at a DataTill-supported ISP:
• Monitor your data usage
• Request and view data topups
• View and download invoices and credit notes
• Submit and manage support tickets in your ISP's helpdesk
• View and update your account information
• Perform speed tests on your ISP
The app is integrated with DataTill, a data management system operated by specific ISPs (Internet Service Providers) worldwide.
Please note that your ISP must be using DataTill as their operational system in order for you to manage your existing data account through this app. Your ISP will also need to provide you with an account to use when accessing the app, as only active DataTill based ISP customers can manage their data services in the app.
