Gandy's got the right idea
I don't have a lot of time to work out, so in the time I do have I want effective strength training. This app does it. There are lots of choices in how you want to train. I'm a woman, so I opted for the lean workout and use the circuits, but the custom is probably where you're going to see some of the biggest results in areas you want to concentrate on. Like any exercise program, you get out of it what you put into it.
If you do the work, you will reap the rewards.
I was pleasantly surprised that after Tweeting I'd completed one of the workouts, Gandy's social media assistant messaged me to see how it was going. I had one suggestion for the app -- just a quick pop up prior to a new set of exercises. She asked me to direct message Mr. Gandy with the suggestion. I did -- not expecting a reply -- but he messaged back.
The app is worth the money. It has me doing burpees and I swore I'd never do another after high school.

I was skeptical from the review, but with reassurance from someone in development, I purchased and downloaded it without any issues. Did have to spend some time exploring the set up. Even after reading the Info section, I still had to figure out: i.e. you need to click the star on the right side to "chose" body part or add what you want, not "click" the actual words. Nice thing about this app is that you can customize my needs. You can chose between body types that you want. The exercises are hard, but can be done. It has a countdown, so you don't require a watch or timer. There is no sound, so you can use it with your own music preference. You do need some basic equipments, depending on the exercise. I wish I didn't need data connection to run the app, but so be it, I can work with it, considering it isn't a huge investment and about the price of a grande coffee at Starbucks.
I needed a tool to help me shape my body to help me transform it to what I wanted to achieve. When deciding which exercise tools or apps to use, it can be a little confusing. I found out about David Gandy Fitness and saw reviews from women that used it so I decided to give it a shot.I have listened to different interviews of David speak about nutrition and also his body speaks for himself. I bought all the different equipment that is used on the app. I can use this app on my phone or my iPad at the gym or at home. My results are that after 6 months, I can happily say that I have lost 6o pounds and I always get compliments of how toned my body is. I totally recommend this app. It is worth every cent! If you really want to see results, you really will see them. Girls can put less weight and more repetitions and use the Lean program. Good Luck!
