Customer Reviews

Highly Recommend!

Just starting out with therapy and medication and being as forgetful as I am this app helps me throughout the day. I know I've taken my meds instead of fixating on if I've taken my meds that day. And the monthly reports are a great way to follow trends and spot side effects!

Only suggestion is some work on the date selected. If I have to go back to finish yesterday I have to remember for every section to change the date back. And when I change it back forward it keeps all the data I just entered even though it should refresh to a blank template. I just have to change all the values and resave again, so it is by no means stopping me from keeping track.

Very useful

I use this app almost daily (I tend to be forgetful)
But I really like how is covers the whole spectrum of your mood, meds, being able to add specific reasons for your answers on how your day is going.
It's helpful for you to be exact about moods, side effects of meds, etc when you go to your Psychiatrist or your Psychologist.
The more information you have the easier it is for you and your Dr to decide how to continue with therapy or if a change of meds is needed.
I am glad that I found this app

Very useful and Helpful

This app is very nice because it really does a nice job tracking my mood and also is nice to be able to map out a whole month of time. It is very useful to just checkin and see how I'm doing while yet it's very useful to track exercise, my period, mood, and significant life events. Definitely better than any other journal apps.
