Thanks for developing such a user-friendly app for the growing population of DBTers. Finally, I'll be able to use my iPad instead of hauling a huge three-ring binder to my weekly sessions!
Very Helpful - ★★★★★

Finally an app for BPD! I have been waiting a long time for an app like this. I must say all the features like, the ability to make notes and practice the skills with interactive text boxes is a HUGE plus for me. The app works flawlessly and is very helpful. This app is well Worth it's price.
What's New in Version 1.0.5
* iOS5 adaption
* iPad optimizations and universal build
* Various small fixes
I have few books and took DBT twice now it's great to have this apps in my hand to be able to use it in my hand for remind when need.
There's some improvement but I am sure this apps have room for improvement. For example need backup for the notes if type in, in case it got lost nice to have backup
Also, maybe more visual aids. Charts ? Worksheet?
I can see this apps have potential for expand and improvement but in overall I am happy with this apps and it's great. Keep it up. I would recommend this apps to anyone who is either taking dbt or already did or familiar with dbt.
Good DBT reminder app
I've been through DBT classes already so this is good as reminding me of skills I need when I get flummoxed.
It's broken down ok but still needs better exercise suggestions. Skills can be more detailed too especially when I am in a confused state and I am just not getting it. I like the fact I can add extra ideas to these pages. Worst part is that it increases memory bites on my phone. Not cool. Adding a weekly diary card would be good especially if it is linked to the website of this app with our own account.
This app is a perfect complement to an actual in-person DBT program for people who really need this therapy. I suspect it could also be amazing for people who don't think they need (or can't afford) regular DBT, and are motivated to do the work themselves. The information in this app is worth hundreds/thousands of $$$$. If you read it and do the exercises, it could change your life forever.
