Ratings and Reviews
The app is ok. What really annoys me is there is money to access your actual monthly statement from the mobile app and download the statement to your phone which is a necessary feature when trying to upload bank statements to third party lenders when trying g to apply for a loan. Please make this available to do via mobile. Even if you go to the actual website through a browser there is an option to print the statement, but not to save it as a file to your phone. Very frustrating.
I have been a member for a year and a half now and have pretty much loved the app. But I had to give four stars because I need the ability to change which checking account bill payments come from. I have three different checking accounts and pay from different ones for different things. It defaults to one of them each time and I have to use a computer to fix it.
Can not enable Touch ID
After multiple attempts including deleting the app and re-downloading, I still can not enable Touch ID. I select the option during login but it seems to turns itself off so when I go to login again, the option is turned off. I am able to do this successfully with other banking apps, so this is not a problem with my phone. Also, getting a system error when trying to add a biller. PLEASE FIX THESE BASIC ISSUES!!
