Game Changer

Easy to use, Clean layout, and beautiful report.
I’m a real estate investor, numbers are critical to me. Now I can input data into DealCrunch, and get monthly cost, COC, IRR etc on a rental property. Or rehab cost, capital gain, return etc on a flip. I can get all I need on-site on my cell phone with THIS APP! The house flip section is very detailed and has everything you need! It looks great with a lot of analysis including cost breakdown for initial investment. My suggestion on the rental section would be to expand the costs. Add refurbishing costs for initial investment, then quarterly maintenance costs, and then a breakdown of mortgage, property taxes, HOA if any, etc.
