The root cause has been identified as "using tab key" on an external keyboard, connected to the iPad. We've fixed the crashes and are currently in the process of perfecting the expected "tab" behaviour.

Long way to go
Downloaded the app to my iPad 3 with IOS 7. It reliably crashes when attempting to tab between fields. Various screens roll up and freeze causing you to lose data entry. It appears you have the start of an interesting app here but it's far from ready for prime time.
