Input values can be entered as hours:minutes, decimals, or just minutes, by selecting the input mode at the top of the screen. All conversions are displayed instantly in the lower half of the screen.

Works
Does what it is supposed to do. There is a small bug where the numbers you set scroll back to another number but it doesn't seem to affect the output time conversion. I use this app every day at work to calculate percentage of an hour for customer outage times.
Great app for work!
It's a little unpolished, but it does what it says. Use it to convert drive time into the decimal system our ETM uses.
Update needed
You need to update to be able to enter a second time to convert the lapse time.
