This is a classic workout of CrossFit road warriors and CrossFit affiliates alike. The Deck of Cards WOD - aka "Deck of Death".
Infinitely customizable and simple to understand.
The setup is a standard Deck of Cards, including jokers - 54 cards total.
Each suit represents an exercise and each card value equals the number of reps (Aces and Royal cards vary reps by difficulty level). The Jokers are assigned to something that you will only do once and will be challenging (ie 50 Burpees or 500m Row).
As soon as you flip a card over, the timer starts and the athletes begins turning over a single card, performing the number of reps and specific exercise depending on the card. This continues until the deck has no more cards left or you give up (DNF).
The objective is to get through the deck as quickly as possible. The workout takes about 30 minutes, and yes, it's harder than it sounds (like most CrossFit workouts). Don't be scared; we're here to get you fit.
You can do this workout anywhere, with little or no equipment. Pick any four movements - push-ups, squats, lunges, box jumps, pull-ups, thrusters, overhead squats, knees-to-elbows, back extensions, jumping burpee pullups, sit-ups, tire slams, tire flips...the list is endless.
Now instead of hauling around a Deck of Cards like you're the next David Blaine, you can easily use this Deck of Cards workout. Not only is it easy to use, but you don't have to think about which exercise to perform for each suit, it's all right there on the screen!
Updates include multiple difficulty settings, ability to totally customize your Deck of Cards, share your pre-workout or post-workout with family and friends...all right in the app. It doesn't get any better than this!

Have a great 2014!
Love it, love it,... I was fit before. I have incorporated DOC into my workout plan and am super fit now. I recommend this App to family and friends as much as I can, especially when they ask how I am getting cut up.
Still loving it. Lost about 8 lbs so far.
Still loving it.
The concept is great and it works fine. A couple improvements...I would like to be able to store all of my exercises in the app so that I don't have to remember them all or have to type them in each time. Also a notes section would be great for exercises that I use extra weights on.
Great App! Just one thing...
This app rocks! I just have not figured out how to share! Sometime I click on share and the app shuts down. Other times I am able to click on Facebook, Google+, or twitter but the app shuts down. I am unable to share. Other than that this app is great!!
