Always running in background
This needs to be fixed the background running kills battery. Even when I select only run when using it still runs.
Does not work or log in now and Its hard to do job.
This app is complete garbage. Used to work about a year ago then something happened, cannot change status, which is the whole idea of the thing. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, absolute garbage
Is this a beta version?
1). It is constantly locking up (ios9). Have to reload it most every ride.
2). When "PassengerOnBoard" is pressed nothing is sent to dispatch. Rather the driver is engaged in a dialog about wait time. Dispatch does not know you are with the client.
3). Similarly when "OnLocation" is pressed the driver is presented with a place to enter comments (which doesn't work anyway) instead of just notifying dispatch.
4). To much unnecessary screen switching.
In summary it is far more complicated than it has to be. The point of the process should be to enable drivers to easily and quickly communicate their status to dispatch, and to let the driver drive and the passenger be on his way.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
