I'm one of those that goes 90mph all the time and find it hard to sit down and take a few mins to relax. So when it's finally time for bed I'm worn out but my mind is still racing. This app has an option for instructions for those that have never used a meditation or relaxation method before. I found this extremely helpful. It even has a sleep timer/wake timer. Andrew's voice is great and was very soothing. He takes you step by step into a deeply relaxed state. If I hadn't used this for myself, I wouldn't have thought this would work. But I am so appreciative of his work. I recommend all of his apps, especially Relax!

I never learned how to relax and fall asleep naturally. Even as a young child I could not lay my head on the pillow and fall asleep without hours of struggle. So far this app is working very well for me, and hopefully will train my brain into a new behavior pattern.
I struggle with insomnia many nights a week.
In the middle of the night, I'll wake up and my adult ADHD brain will go into overdrive.
