There is a terrible secret hidden behind your latest assignment.
It supposed to be a simple theft as usual, but something went terribly
wrong. Nothing seems to be as it looks... and when the forces of darkness
are involved, nothing is going to be simple anymore.
This is a horror, adventure game about last days of human kind.
- Beautiful graphic.
- Lots of animations.
- Absorbing and surprising story.
- Challenging quests, riddles and puzzles.
- Interesting characters.
- Different environments, from underwater to mountains of Tibet.
While this puzzle adventure game starts in a fairly linear fashion with straight forward puzzles, the final scene requires going back and forth between a large number of rooms with inter-related clues and objectives. That is where the best of this game is contained and where the puzzles get challenging. While a few of them had me stumped, the developer's web site has much appreciated hints available. In each case where I needed help, I realized how logical the answers were.
The game took me a couple of very enjoyable hours to solve and promises further content in future updates. I certainly hope so as I greatly enjoyed this one. The story is interesting enough and the game's graphics are excellent. My one minor gripe is that some of the sound track entries have jumps in the looping. Overall, this has got to be one of my very favorite of the many games of this genre I have played on my iPad.
Very Good, Very Short
I would rate this higher except that it is so short. The developer promises more content soon, but the game has been out since March and nothing yet. For an experienced point-and-click puzzle gamer, the whole thing will take you about an hour or two to finish, beginning to end, maybe even less time. My favorite thing (besides the really nice graphics) is that the puzzles are not so challenging you give up out of frustration too quickly nor are they so easy you lose interest. That being said, there may be some experienced gamers out there who will find the puzzles too easy, but for me it was perfect. Think Myst but easier. It's obvious from my unnecessarily long post that I really enjoyed this game but it is irritatingly short and leaves the player wanting more. Please come out with more content soon!
Way to short!
Even though this game only cost .99 cents I was hoping it would last a little bit longer than it did. I enjoyed the storyline and can't wait for the next chapter to be released. Other than the lag time between scenes the game played just fine on my iPad and the overall polish of the game was ok. I would recommend this game.
