Denver Rail is the easiest and fastest way to navigate the Denver light rail system from the convenience of your phone or iPod Touch.
• Automatically determines the closest light rail station and displays upcoming trains
• Compass indicator to help you find the nearest station (iPhone only)
• Manual mode with predictive search to easily locate any station and time
• Tappable bar with scroll through dates and times to view future light rail trains or ability to tap “now” button to automatically update to today
• Vector map of the RTD light rail system

What's New in Version 1.9
Updated time tables, adding A-Line support, new map including A-line and future B,G, and R lines.
Useful only for current schedules
I prefer the UI over any other Denver RTD apps or sites I've tried however I cannot recommend this app. The app crashes anytime and every time I use it's feature to look at future schedules and it freezes, (not every time but more often than not) when I attempt to view details from a station other than the one I'm nearest —this app uses you location and applies it effectively. These crashes occurred before and after the update to iOS9.3.4 (the latest).
So, if you need only to look at schedules from the station you're physically nearest when you open the app, and only require schedules from the current time forward from when you open the app, then this is the app for you. If you ever need to look at a schedule from another station or need to see schedule (from the nearest or another station) for another day or time there are other apps or RTD's own mobile site that do that wildly more successfully.
It's regrettable because the ease of use and presentation of the schedules data is here, the app is just poorly built and not stable.
This used to be a great app
At one time, I could count on this app for accurate arrival times. Lately however it has been off. Example it shows the light rail coming (2min). I get out of my warm car and head to the platform only to see the arrival time change to 7+ minutes. Not sure however if it's the app or bad communication from RTD
Nice app but needs an update
So it's a handy app and they do have the A line in there but the auto feature is messed up. It puts me at 30th and Downing (saying I'm 4 miles away) when I'm a mile from Central Park station (which when I go to it manually it says I'm 28 miles away --- how am I 4 miles away from the downing station and still 28 miles from Central Park? Makes no sense!)
