Helpful if you don't know
I downloaded this all for the hell of it, took the test (if you've ever taken any psych tests, you can tell how you're scoring, you don't need this), and sure enough I scored exactly as I knew I would. So I give this 4 stars bc it I didn't know that I had legitimate problems, this would confirm them, and since I knew exactly what it would say, I give it a gold star for saying what I knew it would say. .... Point is, if you know you have depression/anxiety/bipolar, you don't need this test, but if you're unsure, go ahead and take it. If you score anything significant then you should see someone. If not then have some ice cream.
It's a very good app to self identify mental illnesses or issues you may currently be going through. As long as you're honest, it's accurate. Although I feel it could add a few questions. Like do you find yourself taking risks you might not normally? Or, do you shoplift? Because I've discovered others like myself do take risks and will often shoplift just to feel alive. I mean I shoplifted this app. Shhh, don't tell on me. ;)
What keeps you alive..?
Somewhat accurate, wouldn't hurt to test yourself. Just be sure to be honest and seek help whenever you need to.
Usually I spend my time watching suicide movies and such -- that always seem to work for me.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
