- fixed bug which caused that application did not stored its data
Great concept, didn’t fit my needs
I love the idea of having a living desktop background. Oftentimes, people think that means a Geektool setup or having animations/videos playing in lieu of a background image. For me, it means using my Asana calendar (or another GTD app) as my desktop background. Unfortunately, Desktopr wasn’t functionally usable with Asana. The site would reload every time I interacted with it, not saving any of my changes. Oh well. Perhaps they’ll improve their support for that kind of interaction down the road. Until then, it’s back to a photo of my cat.
