The SmartLink App enables users to engage with IntelliPAP and IntelliPAP 2 CPAP devices. Users have an interactive role with their therapy and the SmartLink App enhances the user experience. The SmartLink App captures quantitative data from the machine and qualitative data about how the patient is feeling on therapy.
SmartLink App will allow you to:
Review simple color-coded feedback on your therapy
View reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly usage
Receive notifications for high leak or low usage
Receive reminders for replacing supplies such as mask and tubing
View help videos for setting up and maintaining the unit
For the IntelliPAP 2, the SmartLink App interfaces with the CPAP wirelessly over Bluetooth to pull data daily to help you keep track of your progress. Data can be wirelessly transmitted back to a provider or used privately by the patient.
For the IntelliPAP, the SmartLink App enables users to enter SmartCodes and store information over longer periods.

While this is a great way of having information , the app crashes and freezes everytime. When it works, which is once, it wont open again. Have to erase and download again just to see the daily data. It is frustrating. It may be better once they update it, but for now is simply useless. You cannot claim a great product when it doesnt work.
Needs Fixes and Update
I love the information this app can gather if it works correctly. Unfortunately, it no longer does. It freezes, crashes, and won’t open...Any or sometimes all three on the same day.
I look forward to this being fixed and working again someday as it was one of the perks that put a smile on my face when I purchased Devilbiss CPAP. Hurry please!
Great app when it works which is not often.
Update: latest version of the app now says my firmware is out of date and must be updated. I called and ordered the update 10 days ago. Still hasn’t arrived. I called and am told it has not shipped but they don’t know why. I have never seen this level of incompetence in a medical equipment manufacturer. Can I really trust my health to them?
