You must be enrolled in DFCU Online to use this app. To enroll, launch the app and choose “New Enrollment” (located below the Log In button).

Ratings and Reviews
This is a good app. Recent changes to the endorsement (for mobile deposit only...) have apparently caused issues, because my mobile deposits are rarely accepted anymore, even though I used this feature regularly and never had issues before. Sometimes on the second or third try, sometimes not at all, and have to take checks to the branch. Member services has not been helpful, they state that my photos are cut off, even though that’s not what the app shows. I’ve been very careful with lighting, background, etc, and centering check in the window with space around it.
This is super frustrating and a big waste of time, waiting to see if I get the email that says my deposit was rejected after the app shows its accepted.

Images of checks submitted through Mobile Deposit are available for 30 days from the date of deposit by clicking on Services > Activity Center > Deposited Checks. For more information regarding image requirements, please call us at 888.336.2700.
Issue resolved 👏 - Lost functionality after swapping devices
Update: I received a message some time ago from the App developer saying issues were resolved. In fact they have been for some time and my issues have been resolved. Thanks App developer person! Everything works as it should now. Upgrading 2 star review to a 5 star review.
App worked fine 2-3 weeks ago on my iPad including Touch ID. Got a new iPad and downloaded the app and now it won’t let me add the Touch ID feature at all because it says there’s an error with the login info. Also, the only account it will allow me to check is my interest checking. All others say there’s an error when I try to access them. Called DFCU to see if they were aware of issues and they said no. I am able to login manually, but after that it’s a flop.
P.S. All app functions work fine on my iPhone 7 Plus.

I gave up on this app about a year ago but thought I'd try it again. Used it last month and it worked well. However, today when I tried the potentially convenient "mobile deposit" feature, my submission couldn't be processed because of (check) image issues - same as last year. I ensured that I had the current app update, retook pics of the check and tried submitting it a few more times but to no avail. When considering the amount of time taken including writing this review, it's just quicker and less frustrating to visit a local branch. I generously gave it a three star for good intentions.
