What's New in Version 4.09
Seeing is reducing!
This app seems to fill all of the tracking areas of my weight loss program. I've been on diet programs before but seeing each step as I progress is certainly helping me to stick with it and the weight is coming off at a steady and safe pace. It keeps my calories in line and food research is just a click away. The articles help you to understand how some food can help as well as others that may hinder your progress. I am very grateful to have this kind of guidance. Also knowing a balance of carbs, protein, and fats helps to keep a balance of the right ratios. How can you not appreciate an app with all of the features packed into this Sparkpeople app? Best of luck to all!
Greatest Weight Lose App
This app is great for weight loss it helps track the foods you eat and the calories you burn from exercise. The social aspect of the app also helps keep you motivated and gives you great advice about different ways to lose weight in different places, motivational quotes to keep your eye on the prize, and just healthy foods to keep you from snacking on potato chips and chocolate. This app I can say is one of the best apps for losing weight that's free and keeps your motivated.
Disliking the Changes
I've used SparkPeople online & in the app for a couple of years now. I still miss my quick track goals & visuals in app. I wish there was a way to get the bonus points in app because I may not get to my computer in time to get them.
A couple of weeks prior I started experiencing errors in loading my data but I could fix it by going to my log. With this most recent update has I can't use the app at all. Nothing will work, no matter what I select. While I love Spark People, this app keeps getting worse with each update.
