Set yourself free with the DiGiCo SD app.
The DiGiCo SD app is the perfect way to control your DiGiCo SD console straight from your Apple iPad. It allows remote, wireless control of any DiGiCo SD mixing console, from the compact SD11 right up to the flagship SD7, wherever you are.
The DiGiCo SD app permanently displays an overview of the console layout, so you can select any available console bank and have the same user-friendly operation you’re already familiar with, but without being tied to your console.
The DiGiCo SD App requires V685+ of SD console software and External Control must be activated on the console.
It is not compatible with with SD console software V634.
Please contact your local DiGiCo distributor for more information on V685 External Control Activators
The Activators will be available from Tuesday 4th November 2014

Ratings and Reviews
As with all networking and external control on anything DiGiCo, good luck getting it to connect. Why DiGiCo has so many issues developing DHCP on network control systems is a complete mystery to me. Allen and Heath has a similar app for their QU series console and it took me all of thirty seconds to get their app to connect with full control. I shouldn't need to be a network engineer to get this thing set up, and having to tweak my wifi settings to connect when I'm already on an existing network is an absolute pain. Unless you have a dedicated wireless router connected to your console for the purpose of control, don't even bother with this app. Once you actually get it to connect it works well and is generally a good app - if you can get it to connect in the first place.
Works great once synced
MACROS DONT SHOW UP IN CURRENT UPDATE.
Other than than no issues thus far!
Per the app manual, only iOS7 supports offline demo.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
