The Salesforce Services Digital Sales Aid is a tool for field sales that allows your sales representatives to show and track content offline while meeting customer or prospects.
The content and look and feel of the application are completely controlled through the Salesforce back end that accompanies this app. Content such as PDF files, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, photos, videos and interactive HTML-5 content can be synched and presented offline without Internet connectivity.
The app is optionally able to track which content is presented to which clients and syncs this data back to Salesforce for reporting, including any customer ratings and notes, for a full closed loop sales approach.
The Digital Sales Aid is easy to set up by administrators and just involves configuring the navigation and look and feel in the Salesforce back end. End users log in on the iPad and all content and data is synced.
The sync process is robust and builds on proven Salesforce cloud technology to operate at scale.
The back end supports setting up different content and look and feel for different business units or markets.
