Clever and healthy
I need to be more accountable to myself when focusing on work, spending time with friends, and even resting. I like Dinner Mode and am using it as a way to give myself permission to use my phone more responsibly. I am tired of making excuses to why I don't get errands done or spend quality time with friends. Thank you for this. It's on my home page. I hope more people get on board for their sake.
A very effective tool (and lots of great food-related info to boot.)
The app facilitates what we should all do during meals but so often don't: take a break from our connected lives and focus on the food and people in front of us. The accompanying newsletter offers up a regular helping of informative and inspiring food-related information. Well done.
Brilliant app for Mindfulness
I keep Dinner Mode as a prominent app on my home screen to remind myself to engage with the world around me instead of getting sucked in to some time wasting bad habit app. Simple challenge of putting your phone down is great for focusing on what's important: the humans and environment around you.
