• Monitor Energy Usage - Compare your current usage with your usage from the previous year so that you can learn more about how energy is used in your home.
• Find a Payment Location – We’ve simplified the way you look for a payment location. Just enter your ZIP code or address to find the closest payment location. Now, you can pay your energy bill at a convenient payment location near you.
• Locate a Home Services Technician – Needing help with home repairs? Search for an electrician, plumber, or central heating and air conditioning technician near you, and rest assured that the technician will be provided by our trusted partners.
• View Direct Energy Social Media Feeds – We know that you use your smartphone or tablet to keep tabs on your social networks, so we want to connect with you! Awesome app!! This is by far the easiest and the only way in which I pay my bill. Usage features easy to use and discern. My only complaint would be that I have to sign in every time I access my account but I think that is true with most of these acct management type apps. 5 stars!! Thanks :)
Enjoy the convenience!
I've used this app for over two years now but up until a few months ago I haven't been able to see my daily usage unless I get on my laptop which is inconvenient at times. Aside from that it's easy to use & helpful!
Easy to use and have no complaints
I can easily see my usage history, current and past bills, and pay very quickly.
Have nothing to complain about and it does what I wanted it for.
