1. Download the App. It’s free!
2. Login with the same Username and Password as your Direct Energy Online Account Manager.

• MONITOR ENERGY USAGE: With the Direct Your Energy usage insights tool, you can analyze your energy usage to make informed decisions that can help you use less energy. Compare your current usage with usage from prior days, weeks, and/or year to learn how energy is used in your home. View a breakdown of how your home products and appliances impact your electricity bill. Doesn't provide enough info


This app doesn't provide you with enough information about your account they say you can view your bill from the app. Yet really all that means is compare previous months usage and pay what you owe. They suggested I switch to e-bill over the phone when I signed up and told me I could pay with this app didn't tell me I wouldn't see what rate I was being charged. They are a rip off company. I wouldn't recommend them too anyone customer service is poor I spent all day being transferred around from person to person. Each person saying something totally different I can do this and then transferring me to someone who couldn't do anything. Finally locked into a contract and then get a call back saying they couldn't do anything 7 days later after saying I had 3 days to cancel. Poor service! Hate this place

It is truly sad when you try to make payments on your account via the phone app only to log in and are associated with an old account and cannot access your account nor pay your bill due to the system crashing this is also to be said for the online usage as well. they need to get this fixed or I will have to find another electric provider because convenience is very key when you have to pay something fast and in a hurry on short notice. called and spoke with the representative told of the situation and said it would be rectified and I will receive a phone call with updated information I've received nothing and the same issues are still prevalent at this very matter of time.

This app is basically just a web browser hidden behind an app interface. It is barely functional for a touch screen device.
I can view usage and what I owe, but when I tried to enter info to pay a bill, it showed me terms and conditions page and then got stuck. When I finally hit "back" to exit, it showed a blank page and so tapped "back" again, and none of the info I entered was there anymore.
Also, the payment info page seems phishy to me, I don't think I trust it.

Useful for viewing your bill & usage, but I wouldn't do anything else with this app.
