Regarding US Direct Express App for debit card.
The app as described on App Store gives impression that more than one card acc. Can be accessed on a device ( smart ph. iPad similar ) reality is only one account per device. Why can't two accounts or more per single device be accessed. PIN numbers are still needed. Please explain what security issues are disallowing more than one accounted one device.
Also this cards web developer/card support are terrible not having much knowledge with the technology involved.
Won’t let me save my number for alerts
I tried to set up the deposit alert and the low balance alert but when I put my number in with my carrier it says invalid call back number instead of sms or if I try my email it says wrong sms or if I want a call it says wrong email ... it’s very annoying.. I’ve tried going into the settings and doing it through there but it’s still telling me it’s invalid it makes no sense please fix it soon it’s very annoying
Worked fine until a couple of days ago then it started saying it couldn't connect. After a half-hour on hold waiting for Tier 2 support they were not helpful. They deleted my app support and I deleted and reloaded the app with the same results. I called my network provider, ATT, and they checked my network connection and ran diagnostics on the phone - everything is OK on that front so I am left to believe the problem lies with Direct Express. Now I cannot recreate my app-based account!
