What's New

Version 1.0.11

Critical Bug fixes and major updates to car physics. Cars now driver smoother with no back and forth jerking on the front and rear of the car.

Updates to AI physics so there's less impact on the player car on contact.
AI is also faster so get ready for a tougher ride!

Track surface updates to suit cars better and provide more side by side racing.
The Clip track was overhauled and is now around 20% bigger.

IMPORTANT: Sensitivity. It's recommended to lower your sensitivity if you use the arrows or the virtual wheel for this update. If you are on tilt, start at 1.0 and 3 deadzone and work your settings from there.

Pretty good

Game has potential, but would like to see a few changes.
1. AI at least on easy, just completely wreck each other on lap 1
2. Would like to see real race tracks in the future to replace the fictional ones.(Ex. Grandview Speedway, Williams Grove, Knoxville)
3. Perhaps some driver DLC? As a guy from PA I literally have no idea who any of these drivers are. Possibly adding drivers from each state(like main states that are known for racing) would be nice.
4. Adding more cars. The other game these guys made have 358 modifieds and late models so hopefully we see them added in the future, basically because NASCAR races them with the Whelen open wheeled racing, so they’re a little more known since they race partnered with nascar.
5. Physics. You get sideways and spin out way too easy. There’s another game called DirtRacing3D with that game, you can get pretty sideways without losing your car, in this game you gotta have to drive it like a normal race. Unless I’m doing it wrong, I keep trying to turn into the turn then turn right to get sideways, but I can’t. My car heads into the wall or turned around. Gotta be a way to get a better slide.

All in all fun game that just started out, with a little more work could be easily the best racing game on the App Store

Developer Response

Thanks for your detailed comment. Much appreciated. We agree with most of what you said. Drivers are added through contests so make sure to check those out ever few months on our page. As for Physics, we're releasing an update in the coming days.

Hope you enjoy the game for many more hours.

Potential but...

This game has very good potential. As an avid dirt track fan and a big fan of the original dirt trackin’ game, this was a no brainer. However, everything about this game is different. I realize the devs we’re trying something new here, but this game really disappoints. Even after the updates, the cars are difficult to control to a point where it’s just plain frustrating. I don’t like using tilt or virtual wheel as they seem odd and I prefer my device to remain stationary. Using the arrow keys, it’s horrendous and clunky. Steering is slow initially, then “grabs” and spins the car the opposite direction. The AI cars leave a lot to be desired too. The graphics are great, the career mode is solid, but if you can’t control the cars to some degree of precision, it’s not worth playing. Hope the devs can get this all ironed out and turn this game around soon.

Good Game But Still Needs Work

I got a text message from my dad saying there’s a new sprint car game. I was absolutely excited. I finally got into the game and the menu looked killer, really liked that.
1. My first problem was the car physics, I feel like you took 3 minutes to make them. I can’t get the car sideways. I race micro winged cars and I have some experience.
2. I think you guys should do a better job showing the cushion or the bottom. I want to run the top but I can’t find it.
1. You should make a lower class so like a 305 or something.
2. We should be able to design our own car.
3. I would love if you can put a replica or a small difference of the Tulsa shootout or also known as chili bowl.
4. I love the tracks and it would be amazing if you could add more.
5. Before a race you should be able to qualify to get your position.
6. The ai needs to be more safer, as I mean by that Is they need to drive more not reckless.

Developer Response

Thats a nice detailed reply. We are working on physics right now. More tracks, updates to AI and qualify will be added in future updates.
