Update THEY FIXED EVERYTHING YAY
finally they have fixed the pixel problem on the iPad yay , I still have the problems on my phone but I don't care at this point .
I'm no longer having fun at all playing this game . They haven't fixed the bugs , and changes made to weekend challenge taking videos away ridiculous or maybe this is yet another bug . Giving up hope of them fixing any of it now
Love this game but I'm so frustrated! I have had all the characters you can get and finally have a way to get new ones by earning tickets and the game won't reset my pixels !!!!! I should be earning 190 pixels a day and at most I get 1 or 2 from a couple of characters . I don't think they are planning on fixing it kind of hinting it must be my equipment and not planning on compensating me for it either . I think the diamond Mickey makes me most mad because the tickets aren't resetting I would have been better off just buying characters out of the machine with the 500 tickets !!! Hopefully this will get fixed soon . However after reading the other posts I guess I have to feel blessed I still have the daily missions .
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS/PLAYERS
I used to be a daily player of the game since nearly the very beginning until the early/mid-April update. As many other have reported, the game won't go passed the Hipster Whale screen. Subsequent updates have not corrected this issue. I have been in contact with the support team over this issue as I have been an avid player and never missed a weekend challenge (winning the challenge is the only way to get the special characters without paying real money for the fancy special prize machine unless you somehow have miraculously saved up enough tickets) so I wanted the opportunity to play passed weekend challenges that I am missing due to their error. At every interaction with the support team, they respond in a very condescending tone and speak to me as if I'm the only person in the world that's having this issue. If you look at any review site or any blog site about the game, I'm clearly not the only one experiencing this problem that they seem to just brush off. It's very infuriating that a company that is as large as Disney would allow such a shoddy product to have their name on it.

( number one is very important to me) 1. No inappropriate ads popping up every 45 seconds unlike some other games where it says like 3 and up and there's a ad about like an 17 and up game! I really appreciate that guys love all the ads Disney emoji blitz, Nintendo switch... more and more kid- friendly appropriate ads!
