Imaging this will take a lifetime to complete and loving it!
I am a diehard Disney fan. When I first became acquainted with Disney Magic Kingdom I was thrilled. It seems simple, fun, inexpensive and relatively juvenile. As the game progressed, more characters appeared, land opened, different ways to restore magic appeared and I figured out the importance of finishing quests in order of their appearance the game became a trifle bit more complicated but still fun. The cost to learn what does and does not get you ahead was a bit much at first. I'm at level 37 and I have a lot of things figured out with the help of the game loft. I grew up in Anaheim attending Disneyland frequently. My birthday and Disneyland's birthday is on the same date so I feel a connection to it and a loyalty. I hope everyone enjoys the game at the level they are able to participate. Zip-A-Dee-Do-Dah and have fun!
Close, but needs some tweaks
I love Disney. I Leo playing this game and Disney's Enchanted Tales. However, the time lengths and costs of some items and to upgrade some characters is just too long and too much. I would play so much more if some of the items were a little less or it was somewhat easier to get gems.
It's understandable that you want to get real money to keep adding these awesome features. However, I'm concerned that people younger than I would be deterred from playing because they ever can't advance or mom/dad won't pay to get more jewels. Over 100 jewels to add an attraction so that you can try and get a character? I've been trying for weeks to get Donald and it'll take even more to try and get the items needed just to get him to level 1.
I hope some changes come to help lower the costs of some items or reduce the amount of items required.
Fun game, good graphics on iPad Air 2, bit has some issues.
This app does have some nice graphics on the iPad Air 2, and is a fun game to play for older kids and adults, who have more patience. That being said, it is a "freemium" game, so if you want certain characters, or anything to happen very fast, you will pay and pay some more. I you want to be patient and play without IAPS, be prepared to be patient, and do not count on customer service to help you out because they will not. If that part was different, I probably would have rated it higher because I am patient. I tried to resolve my issue with the game's glitch for over a month, but there was no help to be had. So, if you are into fermium gaming, you may like it. Just be aware of the nickel and dining and customer service issues. Also, if you have a phone, or older, lower memory device, it may take up a lot of space for you. That is not an issue for me.
