Our method is delivered through Dives which combine the power of guided breathing, journaling, and self-reflection in a 5 step process. They’re designed to shift your awareness away from the external world to within yourself. Choose between 6, 12 & 18 minute Dives, so no matter how busy you are there’s always time to DiveThru!


Proven to help reduce stress, anxiety & improve overall happiness, our guided deep breathing sequence helps you reach a state of deep relaxation. It helps you shift your focus inward, from the world around you to your breath, thoughts & emotions. Guided deep breathing helps you get the most out of the next stages of the DiveThru method.


The core of the DiveThru method, journaling helps you seek out your own innate wisdom & develop a deeper connection to yourself. We believe that everybody is an expert on themselves – the journaling helps to connect with that part of you. Mindful journaling has been proven to have profound, positive effects on self-esteem, life perspective, mental clarity & overall mental health.


After journaling, you’re taken through another guided breathing sequence to help you bring awareness to any shift in feelings or emotions the journaling may have brought on. Then, you take the time to read what you wrote then summarize the experience into the app.


In the DiveThru app, you have the option to purchase a subscription or individual Dives.

DiveThru has two subscriptions available. They are:
$9.99 per month
$99.90 per year

These are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and will convert to your local currency.

Your DiveThru subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.

DiveThru also offers a Lifetime subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $299.99 which provide you with unlimited access to DiveThru.

We also sell our Quick Dives & Deep Dives individually. Quick Dives are $2.49 and Deep Dive Bundles are $6.99. They’re a one time upfront payment that provides you with lifetime access to that particular Dive.

Powerful tool to unleash your best self!

This app allows you to be more intentional with how you approach self-care. The in-app breathing exercises remind you of the importance of mindfulness and how critical it is to your every day. There are reminders you can set throughout the day that you can use as positive reinforcements. The ability to journal within the app also allows for greater self-discovery, growth, and gaining a deeper understanding of your feelings. This app allows you to feel centered — any time, any place! What an incredible way to work on and reward yourself!


So easy to use!

DiveThru is such an easy way to get into journaling, whether it be for the first time, or picking up your journal again. It allows me to be able to sit down for however much time I have and dive into what I am wanting to work on! I’ve been able to look a bit into what’s been bothering me or stressing me out to take time to be thankful for where I am today. I definitely recommend this app for anyone who is looking to feel more at peace with themselves and to better understand your own mind and feelings!



DiveThru is such a powerful, yet calming, tool. It has helped me to learn more about myself and understand my thoughts and behaviors. It combines guided breathing (which is super centering and relaxing) with journaling prompts on specific topics you can choose to explore. I always knew journaling was a valuable tool, but I never really reached for it unless I was completely overwhelmed with emotion. But, DiveThru has helped me utilize journaling in such a helpful and clear way that is very manageable. Honestly, I look forward to my daily check-ins with myself now!
