Phenomenal to do list app

I don't think there's a better to do list app out there for GTD practitioners (or would-be ones). Contexts and Projects can both be tagged on tasks and lists of tasks can be viewed by either as well. This can be done as a workaround in other apps but is never as well integrated in my experience.

I'd love to see a few evolutions. You can email tasks to your account for example, but not add due date, context or project through email. This would let me automate a lot with IFTTT so would be nice to see. Also, would like to see an easy postpone feature through a long press.

But overall, it's a great app.

Excellent GTD App

If you follow the GTD system then this app is for you. The app on all three platforms is excellent. So too is their web interface. Straight forward and simple. I've tried and bought them all including Things, OmniFocus, Todo, Wunderlist and Todoist. $20 a year is a small price to pay. I think it's totally worth it. The only criticism I have is there is no manual sort and no Siri integration, but other than that it's outstanding.

Close to perfect

Please please please add one more level of organization by letting us group projects into folders like omnifocus.

For people like me that have large "projects" that take two years to complete, there really are many projects within a large project or client to manage.

Or, make labels easier to access so I can tag each task or project with a label for that client.
