This app is only available on the App Store for iOS devices.
This is a blood donation timer. It allows someone who donates blood on a regular basis to keep track of their donation dates.
Operation is simple.
1. Click the large white "I Donated" button.
2. Select the type of blood you donated from the alert
The application sets an alarm, depending on the type of donation you made.
What's New in Version 1.1
Fixed various user interface bugs.
Added confirm dialogs if the user has already set up a donation.
Nice, but what about both platelets & plasma?
I donate both platelets and plasma at an Oregon Red Cross. This app lets me input EITHER product, but not both. I'm sure a future update will take into account this type of simultaneous donation and the different recovery periods for each. FYI, in Oregon, we wait 7 days between platelet donations and 27 days for plasma at the Red Cross. Currently, the app says 7 days for both. Otherwise, this app can be very useful. Looking forward to the update.
Wrong time interval for plasma
Donation schedule for plasma is 2x within 7 days, not once every 7 days. It is worthless if the timing is wrong.
