Don't learn any specific syntax and have your formulas looks like formulas !
Most of the virtual calculators just look like desktop calculators,
some offers the ability to type in formulas as in a text editor.
DragNMath innovates with a modern built in visual engine offering a complete new user experience !
On a DragNMath document, formulas looks like in a formula editor but DragNMath also does the calculations !
To create expressions, you can use the built in functions (trigonometry, logarithm …) and also your own functions. You can create functions with as many arguments as needed. You can change the formula of a function while it is already used. The changes are automatically applied.
Variables can be defined on the blackboard. They can be simple numeric values, complex expressions or even curves.
On each document you can define a set of inputs and constants. Inputs can only be used in the blackboard while Constants are more general entries that you can also use in the definition of your own functions. Any change to their value is automatically applied in the calculations.
Plotting a curve is straightforward : feed you formulas with the 'X' axis variable !
The key features are :
-Innovative calculator based on the visual programming concept : No syntax to learn, just drag and drop.
-Easily create complex formulas and save them for later use.
-Use as many formulas as you need on the blackboard.
-Support for Undo/Redo.
-Create user defined functions.
-Create inputs and constants.
-Change the value of your inputs with an immediate update of the results.
-Change the formula of your functions with an immediate update of the results.
-Support blackboard variables, which, can be defined as formulas and even as curves !
-2D curve plotter.
