Be careful with Due Date
Just downloaded the app and it does the job though even with headset a lot of words need to be edited. One important thing - I noticed my calls were not attaching to SF records then I realized the Due Date field was not auto populating and because it is not a mandatory field I was ignoring it. So make sure you populate Due Date if you want notes to attach to SF otherwise you LOSE them!
Great in theory
This is a great app in theory but has too many bugs.
#1. Only searches a small part of your name database. I searched for a contact that is for a fact in our system and there were no results.
#2 customized activity fields like a multi select picklist, will not show up so you have to manually type in the data instead of choosing from the list.
These are both very important and none of my sales teams would use this all if they can't quickly relate a contact name or choose from a picklist.
Please add the ability to create events and opportunities... You are making my life and many of my coworkers lives so much easier. Add the requested items above an I would pay monthly $$$ for this app.
