Expensive!

I love this game. Really, I do. Love it enough that when I got my new phone and had to start all over, I did so and I'm working my way back up to where I was (Level 60-70 ish Toothless) though it'll take ages.

But I'm getting really frustrated with how high the prices are for certain things. It's easy to rationalize a few dollars here and there, but asking users to spend FIFTY dollars on a dragon? Are you even being serious? I was mildly frustrated when the prices of certain dragons started going up (Barf&Belch for example) but now I'm not sure how anyone could think the excessive prices a good idea, and I feel validated seeing other users echoing this comment below me. I'm sure if the prices were lower more money would be made because I can't imagine many average people can rationalize spending $50 on a couple of pixels.

My biggest complaint precious to this is that Astrid is nowhere to be found (like riding Stormfly or hanging near her house would be so fun to see!) but now... Look. Like I said. I love the game. Love the interface, the music, and the dragons. It's super user friendly and I love playing when I'm bored. Just wish it wasn't turning into such a cash grab.

Good Improvements

This recent update has made the game somewhat better. The card packs are great, since you can get runes from these card packs every 6 hours. You can also get a dragon without sending Toothless to search for it. The only problem is that the last legendary, the Screaming Death, costs $50. You could've made the price around $20 at the most. I just don't like how you scam people out of their money. My suggestion is that you can lower the costs of exclusive dragons to a good price where most can buy it. And the prices for Trader Johann could be reduced to fish and wood, making collections easier to complete. Those improvements can make the game better and will make the game look less like a scam. I'm very happy with the card pack addition, and hope that you see this review to make your game even better.

Ok, now there's a bug when I open my card pack. I collect the cards, and the game randomly quits. I've sent about ten reports already and I really hope that you can fix it.

Lovely game until...

So since I got this game on both my iPad jet and air I loved the game so much that I needed to have a fresh start. But to be honest, all the exclusive and limited dragons are rigged. Like mildew's misery for example; even if I had a whole 3 days to find it I couldn't even find the egg even if I got the other bags to search.

I still love this game don't get me wrong and all the new dragons but if you listened to this review I will be the happiest person alive:

1: please lower the prices. This game would be the best if I didn't have to pay 30,000 runes on the solar flare dragon.

2: please reduce the time to search for a dragon. For mildews misery takes 10 hours to search for. That's a little too much time.

3: if you didn't want to listen to number 2 can I please ask you to at least maybe give me a whole week to search for the 10-hour Dragons? I can't even get my hands on the beautiful exclusive dragons no matter how many runes I have.

4: the exclusive dragons like the thorn shade. You can only get it by buying the card pack or being extremely lucky. The only other way is using runes. No one crazy enough would spend months saving around 5,000 runes or whatever the price is.

5: nothing else is wrong with the game I love it so much I will keep it for the rest of my iPad's lifetime. And I'm serious. If you will be so kind and listen to me even if you fix one thing on this list I have written I will be so grateful.
