Great Service
After flying a few el al flights and using the app, this app is great!
If you remember to download the app before takeoff (once you're on your way you just can not) the service works just fine.
Moreover, If you fly regularly then you will also get a text that notifies you that the service is available on your flight.
FYI - the app works good on your phone but I prefer an iPad because of the larger screen real estate.
Overall loved it!
Unusable
Just used it during a flight. Every few minutes the playback crashes, had to restart app and reconnect to wifi. Then sometimes it would work again and sometimes repeat this process. Nice idea though
Horrible
This is the worst app ever created it just says connecting to server and then you can't watch anything and that's including the excuses they have fit tvs on the plane
