I practice meditation, Tai Chi (Temple Style which involves Qi Gong as well) and yoga. These songs have been written through deep sincere meditation and they express the thoughts & emotions that can’t be brought forward in words. The message is clear - open yourself to infinite possibilities and grow your environmental awareness.
I recommend you find some sort of practice that involves mediation and wellbeing. It will clear your view of thoughts.

Transformative experience
I actually got this App several years. It opened the gateway and then I forgot... what it had shown me. When I recently revisited the app. <3 I remembered instantly.... it is my go to for many things. Sometimes I don’t even make it through all of it. If I listen before Dreamtime.... I know I astral project and I wake up with conscious enhancements I cannot explain. It is highly recommended. I’m assuming still in 432 hz... the flower of life and that frequency are a powerful combination. Eternally grateful to have found this app and the experience I am able to access through this free gift to humanity. Thanks to all collaborators on this dynamic expression of love through mindfulness. Much love. One world One Race. I am one voice but collectively we are the choir and the music. Love to all.
Spiritually awakening music.
I never write reviews but I found this app to be a special one. The first song on the app brought tears to my eyes and a smile on my lips on my first listen. While the first song is my absolute favorite, all the songs resonated with me at a deep level. I would recommend this app for spiritually awakening people who’d like to listen to songs that have meaningful lyrics, good music, the uplifting 432 Hz pitch (instead of the standard but damaging 440 Hz pitch), and a message that helps us remember our true identity.
