Perfect for at home workouts!
On days I don't make it to the gym, this app is my 'go to.' I burn around 400 calories per each workout, which is pretty decent for me. I love the HIIT style this app offers. The beeping timer is super helpful as well. Also, awesome app for out of town business trips and vacations since it requires no equipment other than your own body weight.
It's a great app just one little problem
I love the app it really gets me working the only thing is the pause and resume button doesn't work. Whenever I pause it keeps going and I know the point is to not stop but sometimes when I need to do something quick I can't pause it.
Tried this out while on vacation. Was a great and more importantly an easy way to still get workouts in w/out access to a gym or one I liked. Highly recommend giving this a try. I now do it at home when I'm either to busy or to lazy to make it to the gym.
