No sound in playback
Just got a 550 straight from the manufacturer a couple of days ago. This morning I went to go review a ride I had given and there was no sound in either of the cams videos when I review through the app. First thing I checked was if the microphone was enabled in the settings and it was I’m at a loss for what to do none of the faqs on the website or the manual cover this problem

Fix the time
App is good slow on downloading a vide to phone and worst that no updates the time setting is gone from the app and keeps getting bad when I set time on camera please fix it and bring the update
Worse app ever. Connections consistently fail. My videos are only one minute long and it cannot download the video without a WiFi connection issue. I’m currently connected to the DrivePro WiFi but my app says I am not. Just previous to this, I was attempting to download a video and I ultimately ended the download when my download achieved 132%?!?
