We offer in-app purchases for Dropbox Pro, which includes 1 TB of storage and additional features. The amount will be charged to your iTunes account and will vary by plan and country. You’ll see the total price before completing payment.
Dropbox Pro subscriptions purchased in-app renew monthly or yearly depending on your plan. Plans are priced at $9.99USD monthly and $99.99USD yearly (pricing may vary in countries other than the U.S.). To avoid renewal, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your subscription ends. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings. What's being updated or changed
I really like Dropbox, hence the four stars. What makes it NOT be five stars is that this recent update did not include a brief description of the app update in the description in the App Store. Instead, it included a website that you're supposed to go to and see what's changed. Dropbox, don't do that, it's lame. The link isn't even clickable so who's going to go type it into a browser? It can't be that hard to type a few sentences.
Ok so it appears that the bulk of the one star reviews are for the lack of notes on the update and not with the actual app itself. I'll give it a five star to help even things out. People who are complaining that it was lazy of Dropbox to post a link to the notes instead of actually posting them on here are just as lazy for not going to the site to read the notes. The hypocrisy is unreal.
No change log- no real customer service
I love Dropbox as a tool. But as a company and service there is clearly a disconnect between company and customer. Example: in the description for what has changed with each update is a direction to go to a webpage to see the change log; but the website doesn't exist. I've emailed DB and asked for what has changed and I get a script that thanks me for contacting them, but my question is never answered. What is going on??! Not cool Dropbox.
