Awesome embedded "Save to Dropbox" feature on iPhone & iPad!!!

I honestly had never used Dropbox until I found the "Save to Dropbox" feature on my iPhone and iPad. Now I love it! You can save the site you are looking at as a PDF file to your Dropbox account from the web browser. You have to have the Dropbox app on your phone and a Dropbox account of course. You will also need to turn the "Save to Dropbox" selection on through web browser settings. It's in the same area you go to print or bookmark a web page. If you don't see it make sure you have the Dropbox app on the device you are using and when going to the area where you would bookmark scroll all the way to the right and there should be a button to select more. It will save the web page to your Dropbox account when you select "Save to Dropbox". Then you can open the Dropbox app and your file with load in as a PDF and you can even continue to save it offline to your device if you wish. Great feature! Just a word of warning, it will save exactly what is displayed on the web page at the time you save it. Meaning, if images aren't loaded for instance, then it will save the page with those images not loaded. Hope this helps!

Terrible Customer Service!

I downloaded this app so I could see old videos of my grandparents that were sent to me. I was somehow signed up for some package where I'd be charged. I canceled this (following the instructions sent in an email) prior to the date I was told my "trial" ended. I received several emails over the next few weeks about failed attempts to charge me. I emailed back telling them to stop charging me and that I canceled this "subscription". It took several weeks to hear anything back. I finally received an email telling me they'd stop. Then today, a couple of weeks after the first response, I receive another email directing me to read my email to see they took care of the issue. If they were responding within a reasonable time period or read dates they'd see the email was sent before ANY response.

If a company cares this little about their customers, I want nothing to do with them. I would NOT recommend this company.

Love this app!

I've been using DropBox for quite a while to "drop" documents from my phone to a place where I can then pick up and save to my computer later. It works great. I just discovered a couple of weeks ago that when I am on a website that I need a screen print that I can just select "save to Dropbox" and it creates a PDF file automatically! I have several apps that I have been trying to do this and they don't work so now I can delete them!! I'm excited because it was just too easy to do with DropBox. It's also great for another app I have that I create a backup to DropBox then I can restore to another device when I need to use it instead. I like that this app is so easy to use. :)
