"Few games can keep my attention as much as this one did..." - Gaming Irresponsibly

DropZap 2 is a NOT a color matching game! Rather, you SHRINK pieces until they disappear!

If you are a fan of the original DropZap -- or games such as Tetris, Drop7, etc. -- then you will definitely want to check out DropZap 2!

Ratings and Reviews

Utter DropCr@p

The update is completely dysfunctional, obviously, but so is the developer as well, seemingly. Regarding the software dysfunction, he writes, " consider waiting for another update." Really? And that's really brilliant, constructive, and helpful. Consider instead a recently botched update that was released for Tiny Wings: upon realizing the error, that developer fully owned up to the issue, apologized for the problems it created for those who downloaded the update, and promised and delivered on a solution within 48 hours--all unlike Mr. Michail. Granted, Apple most likely places a higher premium on Tiny Wings than it does on DropZap or DropCr@p, for obvious reasons; but this kind of ineptitude followed by passivity is both lame and sad. And it warrants a delete of this dysfunctional software--the game simply isn't good enough, "waiting for another update." Good grief, and good bye.

Fun casual game

Missing the space themed backgrounds and fireworks effects. It now displays stuff like waterfalls or a simple black background with white dots on a grid. This is a visual departure from the last release that had gorgeous space images from Hubble telescope, they've added some new game play, but stepped backwards several levels in visual appeal. The split level game is okay but squashed, not easy to see whose turn it is, just tapping on either screen til something works. There is a new diamond mirror barrier and one that absorbs everything, some look a bit blah with x or diamond etc in the balls.

Drop7's hold over me was, for over a year, all but unshakable. Then Zynga came along and cured me in one awful update.
Thank goodness for DropZap 2's comforting embrace. Not only does it improve in nearly every way on Drop7, updates have steadily improved it to such an extent that I no longer find my fingers' idle time unoccupied.

If you don't like this game, you're probably stupid or at the very least, unable to recognize things that are good and fun, and I pity you.
