Good idea, but very glitchy
The app crashes when I try to look at prices... seems a little shady to me
Great convenient service
The service has lockers in my building so I can drop-off and pick-up at my convenience. They're also slightly cheaper than my previous laundry service so overall I'm V happy with the app and service. Update, August 2018: reliability and turnaround time has gotten much worse lately, so I will be trying other services.
Major issues with my order
I emailed to no avail with proof! that I requested my pickup and the system it showed cancelled and rescheduled for delivery be . I had can to call the cleaners to confirm my pickup & delivery time requested . And guaranteed if will be delivered on Friday. Below I received a text it would be delivered by 7:31pm to no avail. The payment was taken out of my account but my clothes aren’t here as requested nor was I updated on changes. I have had my card I used for payment kept charging me which frozen the account in Nov 2017! and also almost had to get a new one! This isn’t the first time this has happened. I need that dress I had in my order for an event. And had to to spend more money. This isn’t only issue had with this company . I also emailed Andrew is more proof to back up this response. With no response ! I even called the cleaners to verify my order would be delivered on Friday . Because my original request said “ cancelled & redelivery” which I did not request and I called they weren’t even on time to pick my order. And I was told it will be picked that which wasn’t until 1/hr past the time requested which between 10-1pm. And was guaranteed delivery on Friday and even received a text stating the drivers arrival @7:31pm! But again my card was charged on time not order. This is really becoming a major hassle. As a customer this is beyond frustrating !!
