Great Product, World Class Support
I have been contemplating for a while purchasing this software wondering if it was worth the money. I finally decided to go ahead and make the purchase the product worked flawlessly on my Windows machine that I use for work. I did have a small issue loading it onto my Mac. Since I was running beta software for the new OS X there were some small issues with the software. I sent an email to customer service and within 24 hours had a response and a suggestion to fix the problem. Very happy with the product it now works perfectly on both of my computers thank you!
Great App and Support!
I had one small glitch when I updated my MacBook Pro and emailed the customer service department asking for help. Within ten minutes, they emailed me back with a list of things to try and, after trying the first one, it worked perfectly. I first downloaded this app based off a friend's recommendation and I have loved it! The app is worth the money if you are a power user on the go or even if you do not want to purchase a second monitor for your laptop. Deut has become a staple of my productivity as a student and I suggest that everyone should try it!
Wonder update
Before the recent update, Duet was good， but not great. With the recent update, Duet becomes really great.
The reason was, before the update, although it worked near flawlessly for normal use, like watching a video or web-browsing, it became so laggy and even unusable if I had a Mathematica or Mathtype notebook opened.
Since the recent iOS/macOS update, this problem almost goes away! I really feel compelled to give a 5 stars review, to thank the developers for their work.
