Exquisite implementation! (6s, iOS 9.x)
Check out the TouchArcade forums if you want to hear the latest from a passionate developer with an intuitive approach to his craft and appreciation for fans of the title. The first line on the storefront clearly states that Dust is *only* compatible with devices that have at least 1 GB of RAM, yet those who refuse to read before making "instabuy" purchases insist on blaming everyone else for their disappointment. Try this: Skip the review process and request a refund. The rest of us need honest assessments based on the merits. Again, the TA forum is the best place to read up on impressions and even engage in the occasional spirited exchange. My own view: This gem is nothing short of spectacular, and it runs at a smooth 60 frames per second on compatible devices. The lower resolution is a consequence of (all compatible) device limitations—a necessary compromise. Otherwise, the one-man team behind this epic would not have bothered with the platform. So, if you like stunning visuals, smooth gaming, and exquisite touch control implementation give it a try. But do everyone the favor of making sure that your device meets the requirements *prior* to doing so.
Was 1 star game. Now is 5 star game...
I have to say that I was really frustrated at first with this game. I waited for almost six months and finally the game was updated. After that I was able to play the game and I have to say this is one of my favorite of all times game. Simply the best of the best. Thank you!!!!❤️🙏🏻😝😊😊💙❤️💕😋☺️
I made a mistake buying this game. I should've read the reviews first.😣
Right after the cut scene the game kicks me out. For a game that costs more than five bucks it really hurts my pocket not being able to play it. I feel I have just been robbed.
PLEASE FIX THE GAME GLITCHES. I HEARD THAT THIS IS A REALLY GOOD GAME. I'Ll GIVE FIVE STARS AFTER YOU GUYS UPDATE THE FREAKING GAME....😓😭🤒😤😡😡
There's no reason not to buy
This is truly one of my favorite iOS games I've played; I bought it a day and a half ago and I'm hooked. The controls are fluid, the soundtrack is spectacular, and the animation and design are truly flawless. I love the story (except for Chapter 2) and there are plenty of collectibles. The only two problems that I see is that sometimes some of the sounds don't register if a lot is going on (which is a bit distracting but little else), and that a sequel isn't already out.
