Easy Invoice produces all your estimates, sales invoices and receipts in PDF format and sends them direct to your clients. Sync between iPhone and iPad, or with Easy Books, our full bookkeeping package.
The app comes with space for 60 transactions. This limit is removed after subscribing to the Steel Plan.
Entering sales information into the app is quick and easy (as you might expect). You can define products you sell and their standard selling prices, even using quantity pricing if you want to.
To get up and running quickly we’ve added your first customer. You can use this to send yourself the first invoice to see how it looks. Then simply edit the customer details to match your own customer, and add as many more customers as you like.
Do you run more than one business? No problem! Just create as many businesses as you like, there’s no extra cost. You can set each one up with its own logo, address, payment terms and email details.

All PDFs are produced locally on the device. Your privacy is important to us and none of your financial data leaves your device until you send it somewhere yourself. We found some other apps actually sending data to their servers to produce the PDF and we’ve worked hard to avoid this ourselves.
Keeping track of your best selling products and who owes you money is easy using the reports built into Easy Invoice.
* Best Sellers. Use this report to find out where most of your income came from.
* Customers' Aged Debt. This shows a complete list of the amounts owed to you, broken down by the age of each debt.
All reports can be exported from the app in either HTML, CSV or ZIP format. Reports can then be imported into other applications such as Excel or Numbers.
Backup and Restore
Backing up is easy, simply use the backup option and send the data file to yourself in an email or transfer it to another app such as Dropbox. To restore it, just open the attachment.
Your subscription to the Steel Plan comes with continuous online backup and synchronises all changes you make with every device.
Syncing is available between Mac and iOS devices running Easy Invoice or Easy Books.

Can not login… Unable to reach SUPPORT 2017
I paid for 6 months in June 2017. I have email and receipt documentation for proof. Today, before the 6 month subscription was over, when trying to log on, the app would NOT recognize my email address. I wrote to the company to inquire about this issue. The email was sent back with the following message:
"Sorry, this question will not be passed to our support team because we could not find an Easy Books Online Account with the email address [redacted].
Please re-submit your question from your registered email address if you have one.
We offer support to registered users with a trial account or a paid subscription."
I have a paid subscription!! So, I created a NEW account with a NEW email address with the company. I continued the process to acitvate the account. After writing another email to the company about my issue, I received the SAME reply.
I am hoping this will be rectified. Until then, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!!! I would be suspicious of ANY support that BLOCKS users. STAY AWAY!!!
finally a simple, yet comprehensive app.
I have four computers, and three iPads that I use for work. As work comes in, I can use this (synced) app to get my invoices out quickly. Very simple to use with many USABLE features. Thisa app is nothing like the others that are stuffed with features nessary only for large international corporations. Thanks Guys!
I really love this Easy Invoice. It fits my business need and very easy to use. I have had it for more than six months. I love it. I rated it a four star because of syncing issue that sometimes I have to close the app and open again for it to show up correctly. Other than that It is really worth it to have it.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
