You better be able to load physical tickets onto this
Haven’t used the app yet but I hope I can load a physical ticket onto the app. I ride the metro basically everyday to school and they supply me with the card so it would be much more convenient if I can upload it to my phone.
Response: Hello, no I am in high school at Mast Academy where they supply monthly passes for metro. I don’t not purchase the monthly parking pass because I don’t drive myself everyday but I do buy the one day pass whenever I drive to the station. Thanks for the response it’s clear you guys are working on making a functional easy to use app that looks very clean might I say.
Hi, This is a great suggestion! Are you a college student? If so, which school are you attending and are you purchasing a monthly parking pass as well? Thanks for the positive feedback.
WHY DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE A JOB ?
each update was worse than before, now I have hit a wall. I can’t buy a ticket at all. I registered online it said that I was now good, keeps asking me to submit my credit card info, i do that 3 times, still nothing. So i call Miami dade help number, speak with Kendra, she says that i am good to go, I register once more with her on the phone... nothing. and OF COURSE kendra is clueless about the problem. So I call the other number, speak with a heavily accented, practically unintelligible person named carl, and he has no idea what is going on... surprise !
the 1/2 cent transit sales tax is rakeing in more money than ever, yet the transit cutbacks have lead to packed busses and reduced service, and just clueless staff. which brings me back to the original question
WHY DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE A JOB ??????????
Miami needs to get it TOGETHER.
The Easy Pay app was already buggy and old, a revamp/update was long overdue. (Just like the busses and trains themselves...) So at seeing this update being available I immediately downloaded it and lo and behold... it won’t even let me create an account.
It keeps giving me a “there is an issue connecting to the internet” message. Mind you my internet is working perfectly. I even tried connecting with my own cellphone data and nothing. I will say that it looks great so far, then again Ive only been able to see the start page and nothing else beyond the creating an account one.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We have released an update with enhanced connectivity. Please let us know if you are still having any issues. Also, for any concerns with the app or your account, please contact us at 786-469-5151 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customer service agents are available Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on weekends and County-observed holidays.
