It seems like this company enjoys cheating people out of money and refuses to hire a software engineer to improve this app, which has not been updated in 2 years!

If you don’t do recurring payments, you are charged a fee no matter what form of payment you use to pay your bill. If your only method of connecting to your account is via mobile device (which is pretty common these days), you are unable to set up recurring payments because they do not have a mobile device compatible website and this app doesn’t work for setting up recurring payments.

You may be able to set up recurring payments over the phone, but you have to be willing and able to wait on hold for long periods of time during their business hours before you can speak to someone (so I cannot confirm that you can).

I can confirm that, despite reviews and complaints detailing the easily fixable issues with the app over the past year, they have not bothered to address any of them or to even stay current with standard changes for the past 2 years.

So it seems to me that they hope people are forced to pay late or make a one-time payment, which will generate more fees they can pocket instead of doing everything they can to enable accountholders to make their payments on time with ease.

Not that this review will mean anything to the company, but for all the other accountholders forced to deal with this company’s horrible services, I feel your pain.

Worst app I’ve ever used.

This is the worst app I’ve EVER used. I would give it negative stars if I could. I try to make payments using it but it has literally NEVER worked. I only keep it as a faster way to check my due dates/payments. Terrible app and I don’t know why the company is too cheap to get it fixed. I wouldn’t even download it, just use the website. :/

I have not been able to make a payment via website or mobile. I work Mon - Fri during their business hours and if I do try to call it takes forever. Which is hard to do while you are at work. My payments are late due to their own fault and I have to eat the fees. Please fix your stuff!!!!
