The portions are compatible with bootcamp-style, 90-day workouts.

The current release doesn't support modifying the portion plan, so familiarity with popular fitness programs is helpful.
For example, you can get more out of this if you have purchased P90X materials and know the workouts and nutrition plan.

Been doing the P90X for 4 weeks and wanted to get a program for my new iphone. I read a review by a person posted in the beginning of January. He had some good suggestions for the program and I assumed those things would have been addressed bought the program for $2 and it is not worth it. If the suggestion were added, I would be willing to pay more for the app. It is not misleading it is just not what I expected. I expected more out of the program. If you need to count calories and keep track of workouts, there are much better apps out there. Some are even free. I have been using "lose it" for 4 weeks and it is an awesome program. I would encourage the developer to look at the "lose it" program to understand what I am saying.
Very Functional & Easy
This is exactly what I was looking for in an App! The P90X nutrition plan is sometimes hard to follow when you're getting started; I don't usually keep such close track on what I eat. This App is perfect because now I don't have you carry around my notebook & pen or write things down later at night, I can simply carry my phone! Exactly what I wanted!! The only thing that could be improved is a callorie counter, but I can easily do that myself in the journal entry spot! If you're looking for an App to keep track of your P90X nutrition plan, this is absolutely worth it! Thanks again!!
Great for P90X
Perfect application for P90X nutrition for the portion plan. I can now easily keep track of the portions I eat during the day to make sure I am sticking with the plan. I love the color coded checkboxes that match the chart in the P90X book. Prior to this program I used to photocopy the page from the book and check off the boxes on the copied page as I ate during the day. The only thing that would round out the program would be the ability to add the P90X meal plan to the program in some manner.
