EazyDraw is a general purpose vector drawing App that every Mac user should have in their Dock. It has a balanced feature set, not bloated with obscure computer illustration procedures or traditional CAD complexity.

EazyDraw is perfect for technical drawings, text/page layout, computer art, architectural plans, letters and forms, logo design, flow charts, genealogy charts, maps, scientific illustrations, app icons, web graphics, and more.

EazyDraw provides full native support for SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic) file format. With EazyDraw you may import and edit SVG, EPS, and PDF vector drawings. Export formats include: SVG, PDF, EPS, JPG, TIF, Favicon, Keynote and others.

64 Bit! The App store version of EazyDraw provides the accuracy and speed of multi-thread 64 bit computing. The App Store version of EazyDraw DOES NOT support the legacy graphic formats: MacDraw, ClarisDraw, AppleWorks, or PICT. Older versions of EazyDraw are required to convert drawings in these formats. The App store version of EazyDraw will import drawings saved with earlier versions of EazyDraw.

Features: Layers, Multiple Drawing Windows, Symbol Libraries, English and/or Metric units, Drawing Scales, Grids and Guides, RGB and CMYK colors.

closest to the late, great AppleWorks program

...which I’ve never understood Apple’s rationale in abandoning. of course I remember my 1st iMac incl. a basic ‘word processing’ program + Claris (forerunner of AppleWorks) instead of Garage Band! but I digress... I’ve been searching y e a r s for an A-W replacement to create simple floor plans / searching 'interior design' in the App Store : all under $100 had 99% bad reviews except EazyDraw.
Yes it took awhile to learn the basics, tho I still can’t fathom some preference settings + commands which should be intuitive - along w/a few bugs like “Fill Color” rarely responding, no matter where or how much I click its icon.
But after a fairly quick learning curve & reading the mostly positive reviews - I might upgrade to a higher version / even tho the 3.9.8 has enough options for my use, maybe the more expensive one has different bugs which won’t impact my work. [I saw only 2-3 reviews concerning 'floor plans’ & from several years ago - wish there were more]

Good App

I’ve used this application over the years and have found it to be quite useful. It has, of course, been superceded by later versions. This one is working fine for me. Also, contray to some of the curious comments in the reviews about not being able to change the weight or color of a line, you can. Just look under “Color & Style”. Always been there.
