Once subscribed to Time Tracker this free app allows you to:

- Add and edit time entries

All entries made via the Time Tracker app will automatically sync to your Time Tracker account.

If you have connected Time Tracker with QuickBooks, entries from the Time Tracker app will also sync with your QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks PC account.

This is a fantastic app which does exactly what it promises. This is an absolute must have for my accounting practice and makes me more profitable because I am able to track my time right from the ease of my phone. Keep up the good work!

Still very buggy, but just barely usable.


User interface renders buttons underneath fixed controls on iPhone X making it extremely difficult to tap many controls including submit button. Can’t flag multiple entries for submission, have to tediously tap one at a time. No add button on list of entries, just a timer start button.

Unreliable, and support is worse than useless.


Update Jan 2013:

I must be a glutton for punishment, as I tried again after they updated.... still unusable. Now it won't let me log in at all, even though I followed instructions and re-setup my mobile password from the web. Not sure why I bothered, but I figure I can at least spend time writing a review to hopefully save others hassle.
Like many we switched to eBility when Timetracker was discontinued. I tried to give this app a fair shot, as I loved the concept, but it's unreliable and support is completely useless.

For example: although it's supposed to autosave and even says "saving..." I found several of my December hours and descriptions were missing. Also, I had some duplications. Thank goodness I reviewed everything carefully, as it would have been highly embarrassing to double-bill a client! I had written my hours down on paper too, so I was able to regenerate the missing hours, but if I hadn't I'd be out a lot of money of billed time.

Customer service kept me on live chat for over an hour with 10 min between responses, no apology either for the delays or my problem, and ultimately said nothing except that they could pass along my problem and have someone get back to me. After many days, no one has. I can't say I'm surprised.

So far this app and eBility has wasted my time and has both missed and duplicated data. I absolutely do not recommend.
