What's up with not being able to paste with Command-V? And why doesn't the app automatically connect to the EchoLink servers? It's also weird that when you search for a station, it doesn't expand the categories to display the station. Also, double clicking on a station should probably connect, rather than having to select it and click connect. And the search box only searches for call signs, no geography. This definitely has a lot of room for improvement to be a fully functional application.
I also have yet to get a succesful connection. Even when I was able to connect from the iOS EchoLink app. I was going to be generous & give 2 stars, but after quitting it and trying again it won't even connect to the servers and download the list.
Confirming the very slowest responce time of every function of this app. Receive time was over ten seconds as if the signal was going to the moon and back while monitoring off the air. Correction, going to the moon and back wouild have been faster. Just plain horrible. Thankful it was free. Now removed from the macbook.
Can’t find proxy config
I’m behind a NAT and Firewall at both Home and Work that I don’t control.
I run an echolink proxy on a linode that works with PC versions and iOS versions.
How do I configure my Echolink Proxy in echomac?
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
